Your feedback shapes what gets built next – before anyone else sees the product.

Send me your current board or spreadsheet and I'll import it for you. You're up and running in under a day.

Limited to 10 staffs for Spring 2026.

Why Scoutboard exists

Built by someone who watched small staffs get left behind.

“I kept talking to coordinators at D2, D3, and NAIA programs who were running their entire boards out of Google Sheets and text threads – because every tool on the market was priced for P5 or built for high schools. Scoutboard is what they asked for.”

– Raul, Founder

Built for Your Workflow

Everything your staff is managing across too many tools, in one place.

Never lose a prospect in a spreadsheet again.

Search by position, class, and region without digging through spreadsheets or scattered lists.

Your evals, attached to the player forever.

Evaluations, reminders, and next steps live on the player profile, not across docs, inboxes, or separate tools.

One board your whole staff sees in real time.

Track priorities, statuses, and follow-up in one shared workflow without version confusion or tool sprawl.

How it works

How Scoutboard works

1

Find the right players

Filter prospects by position, class, and region.

2

Write evaluations that stay attached

Keep notes, grades, and next steps with the player, not in a separate doc.

3

Move recruits through your board

Track where each player stands without juggling spreadsheets, email, calendars, and docs.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions

Do I need my whole staff to use Scoutboard?

No. You can start on your own and invite your staff later.

Can I still use Hudl?

Yes. Scoutboard organizes evaluations, notes, next steps, and your recruiting board. It doesn't replace your film workflow.

How long does setup take?

Just a few minutes to get started during beta.

Is it really free during beta?

Yes. No credit card required.

What happens when beta ends?

We'll let you know well before anything changes. Your data is yours.

How is this different from FieldLevel or Hudl's recruiting features?

Hudl is for film. FieldLevel is for prospect outreach. Scoutboard is the board itself – where you organize, evaluate, and move prospects through your recruiting pipeline. It sits alongside the tools you already use, not on top of them.

Will my whole staff actually use this, or will it be another tool that dies?

That's the right question. Scoutboard is built so one coordinator can run the whole board solo, and position coaches only need a few minutes to pick up the parts that matter to them. You don't need full staff buy-in to get value from day one.

What if Scoutboard doesn't make it?

Straight answer: your data is always exportable, and founding programs get a no-charge year regardless of where we land. I'm building this because no one else is – but I'd rather earn your trust than dodge the question.

Ready to run your recruiting from one place?

Scoutboard gives small college football staffs one place for prospects, evaluations, and follow-up – so nothing falls through the cracks.
